TERMS & AGREEMENTI understand that by placing this order I WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for payment to Sounds Like That upon music ordered. I understand that failure to pay in a timely manner will result in the delay of my music being released to me.
REVISION POLICYRevisions are not included in the cost of any of our packages. If you need music revisions we charge an hourly rate of $100. We do pro-rate for half hour increments, and if your change falls under 30 minutes the edit is free. We can not provide a quote for the cost of your revisions. Please allow 7-10 business days for all revisions to come back to you - our editors have other revisions in front of yours along with their regular schedule. If you need your revisions by a specific date that falls under the 7-10 business day window, we may need to charge a $100 rush fee. Please email [email protected] with your requested revisions and you will receive a confirmation email back within 24-48 hours.
CANCELLATION POLICYIf for any reason you have to cancel your order prior to it being completed, you are subject to a $50 cancellation fee that will be invoiced to you. You will have 5 days to pay this invoice. You are not able to cancel your order after it has been finished, and product must be paid for in full.
